ABOUT MATCHA DIRECT SUBSCRIPTIONS

MATCHA DIRECT offers subscription purchasing to customers who have requested this service.

Please note that our regular online store and subscription store are separate websites:

• Regular online store: matchadirect.kyoto
• Subscription store: jp.matchadirect.kyoto

The subscription store is a dedicated website for special purchasing arrangements, including subscriptions. Access is restricted to approved customer accounts.

Please use the subscription store for all subscription purchases and management.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can manage your subscription through Account > Subscriptions, including changing quantities, adjusting order frequency (where available), skipping upcoming orders, or cancelling your subscription after the initial order.

Changes apply only to future subscription orders. Orders that have already been placed and paid cannot be modified, skipped, or cancelled through the subscription management page. Such orders remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Each subscription order is processed at the next applicable Order Cutoff after the order is generated and is normally dispatched on the corresponding scheduled shipping date. Please refer to our Order Cutoff & Shipping Schedule.

Shipping dates are estimates and may change depending on other orders and production conditions. If the expected shipping date changes by two or more business days from the published schedule, we will contact you individually.

During company holidays or closures, the shipping dates for two consecutive subscription orders may be unusually close together or may even fall on the same day.

The numbered items below explain the main features of your subscription management page.

1. Subscriptions — View and select your subscriptions.
2. Edit — Change the product quantity for future subscription orders.
3. Order now — Process your next subscription order immediately, without waiting for the scheduled renewal date. Shipping follows our regular shipping schedule.
4. Skip order — Skip the next scheduled order without cancelling your subscription.
5. Order frequency — Change how often your subscription orders are placed, where available.
6. Shipping Address — Update the shipping address for future subscription orders.
7. Payment Detail — Update the payment method for future subscription orders.
8. Pause Subscription — Temporarily pause your subscription. You can resume it later.
9. Cancel Subscription — Cancel your subscription to stop future subscription orders. Orders already placed before cancellation will still be processed and shipped in accordance with our shipping schedule.
10. Scheduled / History — View upcoming scheduled orders and past subscription orders.
